Column descriptions:

1. Recipient Phone (required)

  • Recipient’s phone number
  • Format: digits only, 11-14 characters
  • Example: 79991234567

2. Recipient Name (optional)

  • Name for message personalization
  • Can be left empty

3. Sending Status

  • ⚠️ Leave empty in Excel
  • Filled automatically by the program

4. Sender Phone

  • ⚠️ Leave empty in Excel
  • Filled automatically by the program

📥 Loading a file

How to load

  1. Click the “Excel” button in the interface
  2. Select an .xlsx file from your computer
  3. The program will automatically validate the structure
  4. The table will be populated with data

Automatic processing

Duplicate numbers — automatically removed (first entry kept)
Empty rows — ignored
Invalid numbers — skipped with notification
Headers — recognized automatically

Number requirements

  • Digits only (no spaces, brackets, hyphens)
  • Length: 11-14 characters
  • Correct: 79991234567
  • Incorrect: +7 (999) 123-45-67

📤 Data export

Save mailing results

Click “Export” after work — downloads a file with:

  • All recipient numbers
  • Sending statuses
  • Recipient names
  • Sender account numbers

Get empty template

If the table is empty, the “Export” button will download a template with the correct header structure.

How to use:

  1. Click “Export” with an empty table
  2. Open the downloaded file
  3. Fill in the columns with data
  4. Upload back using the “Excel” button

💾 Auto-save

All data is automatically saved in the browser:

✅ When reloading the page
✅ When closing the browser
✅ When shutting down the computer
✅ When closing the WhatsApp tab

Where data is stored:

  • Locally on your computer (Chrome Storage)
  • Securely — not transmitted over the internet
  • Accessible only to you

🗑️ Clear table

How to clear

  1. Click the “Clear table” button
  2. Confirm the action
  3. All data will be deleted

What happens:

  • ❌ All numbers are deleted
  • ❌ Statuses are reset
  • ❌ Local storage is cleared
  • ✅ Interface is ready for new work

  • Create Excel with a single column of numbers
  • Load into the program
  • Send the same message to everyone

Situation 2: Personalized mailing

  • Add a second column with names
  • Use {{Recipient Name}} in the message
  • Everyone receives a personal greeting

Situation 3: Working with errors

  • Export results after mailing
  • Check statuses in Excel
  • Fix problematic numbers
  • Upload the file again — the program will retry only failed ones

Situation 4: Backup

  • Regularly export data
  • Keep files with results
  • In case of failure, load the latest version
