Step 1. Open the Manage Accounts Section in WaSender
To get started, open the Account Management section by clicking on the “ACCOUNTS” button (arrow 1 in the image).

Step 2. Add a New WaSender Account
Click the “ADD NEW ACCOUNT” button (arrow 2) to open the WaSender account creation form.

Step 3. Enter the Account Name in WaSender
In the pop-up window, enter the account name or phone number in the provided field (arrow 3). The phone number format is flexible and used only for identification purposes. This field does not affect the authorization process, which happens via QR code. You can name the account as you prefer.

Step 4. Save the Account in WaSender
After entering the account name, click the “ADD” button (arrow 4) to save the account. Once saved, the account will appear in the list.

Step 5. Authorize WhatsApp Account in WaSender
After adding the account, it must be authorized. Use the following method:
- Scan a QR code.
The program will save the authorization details and link the account to an isolated Microsoft Edge browser profile (default setting).
If you switch the browser to Google Chrome in the settings, the program will use the specified Chrome profile instead. For multi-profile usage, Microsoft Edge is recommended due to its automatic setup.

Step 6. Delete an Account in WaSender
To delete an account, click the “Delete” button (arrow 6). Please note the following:
To delete a Primary account, first assign the Primary status to another account. To do this, right-click on the desired account and select the option to make it the new Primary account. The old account will automatically lose its status.
Primary accounts cannot be deleted directly.

Step 7. Make an Account Primary in WaSender
Certain tools in the program operate exclusively with the Primary account, including:
“Get Group Member”, “Contact List Grabber”, “Auto Group Joiner”, “WhatsApp Number Filter”, “Grab Active Group Members”, “Grab Chat List”, “Bulk Add Group Members”, “Group Finder”, “Bulk Group Generator”, “Get Poll Results”.
To set an account as the Primary account, right-click on the desired account and select the appropriate option. Ensure the Primary account is active and authorized correctly.
