WhatsApp Account Phone Number:

  • We obtain the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Web session
  • This number is used exclusively for license verification and is not shared with third parties
  • The number is obtained locally from your browser through WhatsApp Web API

  • Message templates you create
  • Delay settings between messages
  • Imported data from Excel files (phone numbers, names, statuses)
  • Language and theme interface settings
  • Duplicate removal settings

2.2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Message Content — the text of your messages is not transmitted to our servers
  • Recipient Numbers — recipient phone numbers are not transmitted to our servers
  • Excel Files — the content of your files remains in your browser
  • Message History — we do not have access to your conversation history
  • WhatsApp Metadata — we do not collect information about your contacts or chats

3. Use of Information

3.1. License Verification

What is transmitted:

  • Your WhatsApp account phone number
  • Parameter for request type identification

Where it is transmitted:

  • Method: GET request with parameters

Purpose:

  • Verification of license validity
  • Determination of license expiration date
  • Prevention of unauthorized use

Where it is stored:

  • Chrome Storage API (locally in your browser)
  • Data does not leave your computer

  • recipientsTable — imported data from Excel
  • delayMin/delayMax — delay settings

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Purpose: license verification
Frequency: on each mailing start

Data transmitted: none
Purpose: providing documentation and help
Type: regular web links (not API requests)

5. Data Security

5.1. Transmission Protection

  • All server requests are made over secure HTTPS protocol
  • Modern TLS 1.2+ encryption is used
  • Request timeout: 10 seconds to prevent hanging

5.2. Local Storage

  • Data is stored in Chrome Storage API with built-in encryption
  • Access to data is only possible from your device
  • Data is not synchronized between devices

5.3. Error Handling

  • In case of network errors, the extension continues to work in demo mode
  • Errors are logged locally for diagnostics
  • Critical data is not transmitted during errors

6. Data Retention Periods

6.1. On Server

  • Phone Number: stored until license expiration + 5 days
  • Registration Date: stored until license expiration + 5 days
  • Automatic Deletion: data is automatically deleted after expiration

6.2. Locally

  • Message Templates: stored until extension removal
  • Imported Data: stored until table clearing or extension removal
  • Settings: stored until settings reset or extension removal

7. Your Rights

7.1. Right of Access

You can request information about what data about you is stored on the server by sending a request to: fbw@androidsender.com

7.2. Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your data from the server by sending a request to: fbw@androidsender.com

7.3. Right to Withdraw Consent

  • Remove the extension from your browser to stop data collection
  • Clear local data through browser settings
