Reports & Message Status

WhatsApp Web Sender

Working with broadcast results: export reports, filter by status, and follow-up actions.

Export Report to Excel

After sending or during a pause, click Export Excel. The file includes:

  • Phone numbers
  • Names and extra fields
  • Delivery statuses (Sent, UnAvailable, etc.)
  • Sender account number (column 4)

If the table is empty — Export downloads a blank template with correct headers.

Tip: export results regularly as a backup before reinstalling the extension.

Filtering by Status

Right-click in the {{Status}} column to open a menu with all statuses and counts.

Use checkboxes to:

  • Re-check WhatsApp availability
  • Check if the last message was read
  • Run a broadcast only for selected statuses

Statuses in the Report

StatusAction
SentSent — skipped on next run
ReadRead — best category for follow-ups
DeliveredDelivered, not read — normal
UnDeliveredNot delivered — likely blocked, remove
UnAvailableNo WhatsApp — remove from list

Working with the Report Again

  1. Export after sending
  2. Review statuses in Excel or via filters in the extension
  3. Fix or filter problematic numbers
  4. Re-import via Import Excel or continue in the extension table

Handling Errors

After sending, filter UnDelivered or UnAvailable, remove or fix them, then re-check or send only to remaining contacts.
