Launching a WhatsApp Broadcast

Before You Start

Pin the extension icon to your browser toolbar for quick access from WhatsApp Web.

Open WhatsApp Web and click the extension icon.

Step 1. Set the Delay

In settings, set the pause between messages to 70–350 seconds. This is optimal for a warmed account. Don’t lower it — too fast leads to blocks.

Step 2. Load Your Contact List

Click Import Excel and select your contacts file.

Minimum — one column with phone numbers. First row — headers, remaining rows — numbers. Second column — names (optional but recommended).

Step 3. Write Your Message

Type your message. To insert Excel variables — double-click the column header.

Step 4. Hit Start

The broadcast is running. Messages are sent one by one with the set delay. Status updates in real time.

Tip: add your own number first — see how the message looks before it goes to everyone.

Managing the Campaign

Pause — click pause. Sent messages keep Sent status and won’t be sent again.

Export results — click Export Excel while paused or after completion.

New list — click Clear Table, import another file, and start again.
