Loading Contact Lists (Excel / XLSX)

For a broadcast, upload your contact list in the first column and move on to composing the message. Other sections cover personalization and status handling.

Excel File Structure — Columns 1–4

Minimum: one column with phone numbers. Extended structure:

Column	Purpose	Who fills it
1st — Recipient Phone	Digits only, 11–14 characters. Example: 12125551234	You
2nd — Recipient Name	For personalization. Can be left empty	You
3rd — Status	Verification or delivery result	Program
4th — Sender Phone	Tracks account–contact pair, reduces ban risk	Program
5th and beyond	Any data for template substitutions	You

Important: leave columns 3 and 4 blank — the program fills them automatically.

Headers in the first row are detected automatically. If there are no headers, defaults are used: {{Phone Number}}, {{Name}}, {{Status}}, {{Sender Phone}}.

How to Import a File

1. Click Import Excel in the extension interface
2. Select your .xlsx file
3. The program validates the structure and populates the table

On import the program automatically:

• Removes duplicates (if enabled in settings)
• Ignores empty rows
• Skips invalid numbers with a notification
• Strips spaces, dashes, parentheses, and +

Correct format: digits only, 11–14 characters.

Exporting Results

After sending, click Export Excel — you’ll get all numbers, statuses, names, and sender account numbers.

If the table is empty — Export downloads a blank template with correct headers:

1. Click Export with an empty table
2. Fill in the downloaded file
3. Re-upload via Import Excel

Personalization Substitutions

Click a column header such as {{Name}} to insert a variable into your message template. Data from each row is substituted for the current recipient.

Status Column Filters {{Status}}

Right-click in the status column to open a menu with all statuses and recipient counts. Use checkboxes to select contacts for re-checking or sending only to chosen statuses.

How Not to Lose Data

Data is stored locally in the browser (Chrome Storage) — only on your computer. The table persists through reloads and browser restarts. Uninstalling the extension deletes the data.

Tip: export results regularly as a backup before reinstalling.

Clearing the Table

Click Clear Table and confirm. All numbers, statuses, and local storage are erased.
