Getting started

This page covers the path from launching Multi Messenger CRM to opening the working CRM interface.

System status

The Rust window shows the overall state of the local system.

• System is running — local services are ready and processing is active.
• Checking system… — readiness is being checked.
• System is running — PHP health check is delayed — PHP has not confirmed HTTP readiness yet.
• Processing is paused — local services are available but processing is paused.
• System is stopped — local services are stopped.
• System failure — at least one required component failed its check.

Start and stop

Use Start system to start the local services and Stop system to stop processing and managed services.

MySQL and PHP

Each service has its own status indicator. Green means working, yellow means starting/checking, red means error.

License and device limit

A physically connected phone can still be unavailable if it is over the licensed device limit.

Local site and staff site

Local site opens the CRM running on this computer. Staff site opens the configured remote interface for employees.
