Devices and accounts in Multi Messenger CRM
Multi Messenger CRMUltimate extension with built-in WhatsApp account warming. Not listed in the Chrome Web Store — download the ZIP from this site only.
The phone table is in the phone_mod window. It lists connected Android smartphones and their availability. Device numbers help distinguish phones; individual messenger accounts are listed in SIM cards.
The current screenshot uses Russian labels; English column names are given in the instructions.
Click a number or marked control to open its explanation. Click elsewhere on an image to enlarge it; close the popup with its close button, Esc, or a click on the backdrop.
1. Device number
The No. column (device_label) is a physical smartphone label for your convenience, such as 1, 2 or 3. The program identifies the smartphone by device_id. The label helps you find the correct phone; it is separate from a SIM phone number and a contact label.
We recommend attaching a numbered sticker to the smartphone or writing its label on the case. Matching labels in the program and on the physical devices help you quickly find the correct phone.
- Identify the phone by its ID and model.
- Enter an integer in its row and press Enter or move to another field. Esc cancels the input.
- Clear the field to remove the number: an empty value means 0.
Non-integer input retains the previous value. The number is saved for this device and passed to its accounts during synchronization. If processing is stopped, account synchronization resumes when the system runs again. Use distinct numbers to tell phones apart.
2. Device model
The Model column displays the Android phone model. It is detected automatically and cannot be edited in this table.
Matching models may belong to different phones: also check the ID and device number. Rows are ordered by device number, then by ID.
3. Device status
The status indicates whether the device is available for processing:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Working | The phone is connected, recognized and within the licensed device limit. |
| Disconnected | The device is not currently recognized as available; check its connection and USB debugging authorization. |
| Over license limit | The phone is connected but exceeds the licensed number of devices. |
| Polling paused | System processing is stopped. This replaces the connection status in every row. |
| Unknown | An unrecognized connection state was received. |
“Working” confirms phone availability, not the presence of a configured account. Use Start system to resume processing.
4. Device ID
The ID column (device_id) identifies the Android phone used by ADB. This table displays it as a read-only value.
Check the ID when choosing a phone, especially if several phones have the same model. The short device number helps identify them elsewhere in the CRM.
5. Messenger accounts

The desktop table lists devices rather than individual accounts. One phone can have WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram and MAX. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are separate applications whose chats belong to the shared WhatsApp channel.
An account links a phone, a messenger and the sender’s own phone number. For Telegram and MAX, run ScanNumbers.bat to discover the numbers and distinguish accounts within each app. Installing the messenger alone is insufficient. CRM adds a separate account to SIM cards for each installed WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business app. Enter its own number manually or identify it with a test message using the handset button: follow the WhatsApp setup instructions.
Open SIM cards to see individual accounts and their devices. Sender settings are in Sending and warm-up.
6. Account number
internal_number is the messenger account’s own phone number used to identify the sender. It differs from the device number and phone ID. Accounts on one phone share a device ID but have individual rows and sending settings.
To check, change or discover the own number, use Account number and Identify number.
7. If an account is missing
- Check that the system is running and the device status is Working.
- Check that the application is installed and the phone is signed in to the account.
- For Telegram and MAX, run account discovery and check the slot.
- Open SIM cards and check the own phone number.
Removing an application does not automatically delete its saved account row: the system marks the application as absent. An old row does not prove that the account is currently available.
